DO NOT RETURN TO US WITH OUT CALLING FIRST FOR INSTRUCTIONS. Warranty is through the manufacture of the product you order not GUNGEAR.COM, so please keep that information and/or packaging, as we do not do manufactures warranty service, you will have to contract them.. Any modifications or alterations to the product will null and void any stated guarantees. We are independent distributors for many major companies and also do custom and special orders within 15 days of the delivery of your purchase. We do not handle Manufactures Warranty's, They must go back to the manufacturer, so please keep all receipts and information provided with your purchase. Please read our return policy below.
Shipping & Handling Information...Our shipping is figured on U.S. Mail for Items up to 2# (lbs) anything else will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground, unless requesting Air... Our Charges start at $6.95 and up based on weight, quality and insurance fees, the system can only figure close, we will adjust up or down based on weight and dimensional size of the package. We try and ship out the fastest and most economical way possible. Rates subject to change without notice, we have the right to change your shipping rates based on the weight and size of the boxes, UPS & USPS rate charges. UPS picks up is at 3:00 pm Mon. thru Friday, Orders placed after 2:00 PM will go out the next working day. All orders are shipped within 72 hrs within working days based on availability of merchandise on hand. We are Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, NO ORDERS WILL GO OUT UNTIL MONDAY.
Exchanges and Returns...Merchandise may be exchanged if returned in unused and in resale able condition within one week,(7 days) of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will respond with an authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization number. Customer agrees to pay return freight on all returns unless otherwise specifically agreed to by GUNGEAR.COM,.
Items may be returned for a full refund of merchandise price. {Freight is not refundable.} Only if returned in original, readily sellable condition with in 15 days. You will need return authorization is required, just make certain that all conditions specified in this section are met before returning an item. Please include the factory box, instruction manual and all other items shipped with the product, including promo items.
Product must not be damaged or modified in any manner and be in new/resalable condition. The invoice (or photocopy) must be included. Special orders, custom-made items are not returnable for a refund. Any item that has a physical defect may be returned for repair or replacement of identical item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. If a return is necessitated due to a clear error on our part, reasonable return shipping cost can be reimbursed to you.
Returns may be sent via United Parcel Service, FedEx To 19399 Indian Summer Rd Bend, Or 97702 or U.S Post Office to P.O. Box 9417 Bend, Or 97708. You are responsible for loss or damage in transit.
If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the 15% restock fee would still apply. It is also important to note that once a riflescope has been mounted or used it cannot be returned for any reason (placing a scope in rings is considered mounted). Warranty issues can be taken up with the manufacturer of the product directly. Products designated as 'Special Order' or custom order items cannot be returned for any reason.
ANY Disputes on charges to your credit card, please call us at 541-388-3984 or 1-877-290-8205 as shown on your invoice, before stopping payment, as we all sometimes forget what we purchase.We are charged $25.00 by the Credit card company and I will pass this on to you...So please call us.
*Because of the time and energy involved, all international orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the product has left our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is found to be defective within 15 days of your receipt, we will waive any restock fee. A replacement will be sent at no charge or a full refund can be issued.
